Most of the first time user of USB internet are complaining that they are not able to connect to internet via USB internet which was added in all android versions after ICS.So here is the solution.the problem with those user is that they have not installed the USB ADB driver in their computer which is necessary for USb internet.
To install the driver you first need to download the Android SDK manager which is developer tool from Google.Open that application Unchecked all the boxes and now just expand the extra tab.over there you 'll be able to Usb driver check that box and click on install.it will take some to download and install.once you are done Reboot your System.

Once you rebooted the System now you'll be able to access your broadband internet over your android phone via USB.you can also enable wi-fi hot spot to use your phone as a wi-fi router.
